Fees

 My standard rates are $100-$140 per session, depending on the length of your appointment and the service being provided (e.g. Individual, Couple or Family therapy). Investing in your emotional and relational health is a value I take very seriously. You're not paying for an hour of our time, you're paying for the potential to permanently change your life for the better. We make sure each session is worth your while. 


 Fees are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of each session through the online payment system.

Insurance

 I accept a select number of insurance carriers. Please call us at 914-251-7141 to verify that your insurance is accepted. 

Out-Of-Network

If I am out-of-network with your plan,  your insurance company may reimburse a portion of your costs if you file a claim yourself. We are happy to provide you with receipts or a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many clients are able to file and receive reimbursement for individual therapy from anywhere between 50-80% of the session cost. If you're unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask them whether or not they offer reimbursement for behavioral health, at what percentage, and whether you need to reach a deductible first.

It's worth asking the question as you seek the best therapist fit for you. Please consult with your insurance company to determine coverage options. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment.  If less than 24-hour advance notice is given, you will be charged an $80 fee. This applies to no-shows as well. 

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept HSA and FSA.
